iPHONE FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY

I was invited to a fun annual fashion jam session this weekend called Saint John Cut 3, organized by Barb Crawford and located in Judith Mackin and Robert Moore’s very cool home. My thought was to make things interesting by putting a self-imposed limitation on my shooting; I would only use an iPhone 4s, and no Photoshop! The photos needed to stay with the camera the whole time and never leave the camera, until final export for upload to social media outlets. I decided to shoot using the iPhone app called 645 Pro, which is a camera app that has more creative freedom than the normal iPhone camera, and I used another app called Filterstorm for colour correction. To keep the iPhone steady I used a tripod-socket style case by DIFF, which allowed me to shoot with a tripod.
